Carmelo and his corn! :) Pic!!

I thought I would give Carmelo a little bit of corn on the cob today after dinner and look how much he loves it! Click on the link to see it!

Aww he is adorable. He is like a teddy bear enjoying that corn. One of our lots favourite treats is the dried sweetcorn cobs you can buy. They spend hours stripping the corn off and storing it!

Minicooper a good way to get your hamster to stay still is to either present something new, like Carmelo's sweetcorn, and while she is giving it an investigation take your pics. Have your camera set up ready, turned on and on the macro (flower) setting if you have it. Another way is to pop them in a container like a small flower pot or a large mug and as soon as her head pops over the edge take the pic.

Good advice Souffle, its about the only thing that works. Once a hamster gets exploring its impossible to get them to stay still unless you have a new and tasty treat to offer!


Carmelo is precious! He looks so contented to be sitting there with all that corn, hehe!
