how long have you had your hamster?

yes they really fascinate me aswell, i wanted a guinea pig but my parents will not let me, they dont understand how much I love animals. I would love to have 3 guinea pigs and a robo

I have 10 rats, 5 gerbils and so many hamsters, it really depends how much time you have to devote to them. I sometimes take in rescues, i do admit pairs of dwarfs are easier to look after as they can entertain themselves and you can get away with only holding them occasionally to keep them tame but the more attention they have the better.

The rats get to free range in my room at night after their tea boys and girls seperately though wouldn't want any accidents i really do love my animals i think they are probably better fed and in better health than me

I totally agree flogging molly! my animals are in much better health than me! I will happily munch on rubbish cheap food and spend a fortune on food for the animals!

how on earth do you manage to get the rats back in their cages at night? my lot dive under the bed and I spend hours trying to get them out! (except Diesel he's a good boy!)

yeah, I normaly give my good quailly veg and fruit to my hammis and I just eat whats left. she is in better health than me! She is getting her 5 a day and I am getting 2 or 3 a day!
