Higgins has a better quality food for hamsters which is their Vita Garden hamster food. That would be what you should be using, as the Sunburst has a lot of dried fruits which aren't the most species appropriate as hamsters in general wouldn't naturally be eating much if any fruit in the wild. It can also be an issue with diabetes prone species to have so much dried fruit - dried fruit is a more concentrated source of many nutrients including sugar compared to fresh fruits, though many people with diabetes prone species choose not to feed fruit at all to avoid adding unnecessary extra sugar into the diet.
