I have also used this food in the past and I quite like the variety. It is essential to add in extra protein like dried gammarus or dried chicken to this mix because it is too low, there’s tubes of chicken you can get on zooplus called thrive chicken cat treats which are great for boosting protein like another said. I recommend using a hamster nutrition calculator so you can put in the protein level of whatever you’re adding so you know how much to use for the perfect balance. Lastly, although these reviews are few and far between, there have been some people who said that this contained moth larvae which are maggot looking things which can create a moth outbreak in your house... just to be safe I always put mine in the freezer for a week before I use it to kill any moth eggs or lavae, or potentially things like mites as well.
