Default Is 12-13% fat too much?

The breeder I'm getting my hamster from uses white mill expert premium hamster food, which has 12.67% fat. This concerns me a bit because that seems really high. She says the mix works for her hamsters, but I wonder if I should pick out some sunflower seeds? (there's a huge amount of sunflower seeds)

The other percentages are 15.7% protein, 8.32% fibre and 3.35% ashes.

I would say that's too high really, the protein is also too low, I had a google to see if I could find the ingredients but couldn't find much at all.
I would suggest getting a mix with a better balance & good ingredients. Maybe Rodipet or Getzoo.

I like the organic rodipet mix, but that one also has 12.7% crude fats and oils. The protein is higher though, at 17.5%. The other mix I found has 10.1% crude fats and oils and 16.9% protein. I still feel that's really high, but I really love the variety of the rodipet mix.

The fat is still a bit high in that I know, it would be better balanced with higher protein though so bette overall & hams do seem to do well on that.

The organic one or the other one with the lower fat?

I would go for the organic one myself but either would be ok.
