Question unique treat ideas?

hi! I have an assortment of snacks for my hammy, Ollie, to make sure she doesn't get bored but I was wondering if anyone has suggestions for unique hamster treats/chews? I know I had come across a super awesome small company website months ago but now that I want to order I can't seem to find it, go figure! anyways all suggestions are appreciated

Snacks/chews I currently give:
- Kaytee papaya treats
- Kaytee timothy hay biscuits
- Tropical Carnival treat mix
- VitaKraft berry bursts
- fresh fruits/veggies (all hamster safe of course)
- VitaKraft hamster treat sticks
- chew sticks (all sorts of wooden ones you find at pet stores)

Have you thought of more natural foods? I find sometimes storebought treats can be either boring or very sugary. Here’s some ideas:

-Pumpkin seeds
-rolled oats (plain oatmeal oats)
-safflower seeds (sold for birds)
-millet sprays (sold for birds)
-oat sprays (“”)
-chia seed
-flax seed
-mealworms (freeze-dried or live)
-crickets (freeze-dried)
-other feeder insects (superworms (crush the head of live), dubia roaches, etc)
-buckwheat
-wheat berries

Just to list a few! Most of these can be found online or in health stores (in the US Whole Foods is an example).

i love these ideas thank you so much! i actually picked up some millet spray today because one of my local pet stores had it buy 1 get 1 free on bags of them and Ollie took right to it! i know i read somewhere that syrians aren’t too fond of mealworms typically? not sure if you have input on that because i’ve been interested in getting mealworms for her but i want to know if there’s a good chance she won’t like them (obviously every hammy is different)

I'd agree with RobinIsACatto; mostly natural treats are best. Here's a few more ideas, though most of the best ones have been mentioned already!

A peanut (unsalted with shell on)
A small Whimzee dog chew
Piece of a dried banana chip (avoid added sugar, oil etc)
Dried meadow flowers
Strawberry tops (the stalk and a little strawberry)

Oh yea I have a whimzee chew I totally forgot to mention that! A shelled peanut is definitely something I have been considering also have been seeing a lot of hamsters with shelled walnuts so I'll probably give those a shot too thanks for the awesome suggestions!!

I’ve only tried mealworms with one syrian so far and she took to it well. I will say my dwarfs are more likely to eat it on the spot, though—whenever I give my current robo one he always eats it on the spot!
