Default Yeast and B12?

I've been reading about hamsters having yeast for B12 added to their diet, about once a week.
To help with stress and fur loss associated with it.
I was curious if my nutritional yeast flakes, this brand I use in my meals.

Would be appropriate, it says the only ingredient is dry inactive yeast.
It doesn't taste bitter really, I use it as a substitute for cheese mostly and hamsters do like that flavour.

hello, yes I also ue this at home and a small sprinkle is perfect. personally, I recommend scattering it around the cage so your hamster has to work for it just only a small amount as it may upset there stomach. starting to introduce it you may want to give him/her a small amount of plain yoghurt so it doesn't upset their stomach hope this helped.

Ok that sounds good, although not given her yoghurt before. So I'll mix it with something else.
I'll try her with a little bit to start and see how she likes it
Thank you
