How much and how often should i scatter feed my hamster?

Hi im Monet and i have a Syrian hamster named mango hes coming up-to his first birthday soon and im super exited.I was just wondering how much and how often should i scatter feed,at the moment i bowl feed but id love to switch him over especially one he has had his cage upgrade. I am getting an ikea detolf for Xmas

I give a tablespoon of Harry hamster once a day. That seems to be fairly standard.

I do about 2 tablespoons ever 2 - 3 days, of her mix. Plus a treat weekly
Weight maintains well and she's happy and active.
I found feeding daily made her picky.

Thanks both of you, i have given him 2 table spoons tonight and some herb mix all scattered around his enclosure and he started taking it to his hoard spots straight away so i guess its going well, one step closer to perfect hamster husbandry.
