Using baby food
Hi!
I keep my hamster's baby food in the freezer in ice cube trays so they will last longer, but at what state should I give them to my hamsters? Frozen, completely melted or somewhere in between?
Thanks!

Personally, I would let them completely melt then give them.

Re: Using baby food
When I fed mine baby food I let it thoroughly thaw, too cold for them.
Can I ask why your feeding them baby food? I did mine when my hamster was coming to the end and couldn't chew really.

Re: Using baby food
I usually allow the cubes to defrost before giving them to my hamsters not only because I don't want to give them anything too cold but also because it makes portioning it up easier.

I also do it for the same reason as you did for one of my hamsters. But also because they really like it and it gives them some variety.
