I wouldn’t call it a particularly good food for a number of reasons. It isn’t going to be much better than Harry hamster as like I said most commercial mixes just aren’t ideal.

Yes that’s a pretty good mix, just make sure you supplement with some extra insects.

I use Versele-Laga Mini Hamster Nature for my Campbells and Winter White and they love it! The new formula that has recently been introduced includes dried mealworms. We add some sunflower seeds to this and some broken up pecan and walnuts and supplement this with a small portion of brocolli, cauliflower, cucumber, spinach and green bean each night.
