Fruit and Veg frequency - Syrian
Hi guys,
Just wondering what the actual frequency is for certain fruits and vegetables. Just wrote up a nice Google calendar for my little guy but looking online it's all different information. One place says banana no more than 3 times a week another majorly expresses no more than once a week, all a bit conflicting.
My main bits I'd give him for fruit would be - banana, raspberries, strawberry and grapes. I've read they can have plum but again not actually found anywhere that states if it needs to be skinless and how much
Veg - bell pepper, spinach, carrot, baby corn, sweetcorn, and lettuce
Many thanks for the advice.

Re: Fruit and Veg frequency - Syrian
They can have it from every day to once or twice a week. We don't tend to give them things that go mushy or black like bananas as these can attract flies and wasps. There are plenty safe alternatives that last well like brocolli, cauliflower, apple, spinach, kale, peas, beans etc. We on;y give what we think they will eat in one sitting so a fingernail sized bit and I would say ours have it every second day really. In between they may get likes of a peanut in a shell or a bit of chicken or egg white as their treat of the day.
