Question Insects?

Hi everyone,

I was looking at food options as I'm thinking I'll probably change Cadmium's seed mix (the larger pieces really are too big for such a teeny ham, I think) but the Rodipet mix I've seen recommended is lower in protein so you can variety in what they get protein wise. I know people feed their hamsters mealworms, but do they eat other insects too? On the site they had a mix of insects, and I wondered if that was a good option for her?

Here's what I found:
https://www.rodipet.co.uk/pet-foods/...nack-50-g.html

Is this suitable for a dwarf? Do they eat other bugs? Would the other bugs have the same issue of being huge compared to Cadmium? Sorry if I'm being dense, I just want to do the best thing for her and I'm worried she's not getting everything she needs from her current mix.
