Smile How to get a picky eater to eat everything!

Hello everyone!
I have a 9 month old female Syrian hamster.
She is a good eater and eats most foods I give to her.
However, she always leaves her green pellets behind.
In order to insure she gets her proper nutrition, I want to make sure she eats everything, including her pellets.
How long should I leave the food in her bowl?
I usually feed her a couple teaspoons, and I’ve waited up to 3 days for her to eat her pellets. I don’t know how long I should wait when I know she’s holding out on me. In addition, the longer I wait the more she poops in the bowl. So it’s been hard for me to wait and teach her to eat everything. Pls help!

What mix are you using?
It's not unusual to find something they don't like if the mix contains pellets, if it's just the one thing she's not eating I wouldn't worry too much, she needs plenty of food available at all times so don't wait just for her to eat that.

Thank u cypher! I’m using a combination of Kaytee and National Geographic hamster Foods, with supplementation of lots of fresh foods including mealworms, eggs and lots of greens and veggies. She seems very healthy and eats very good otherwise. I’m gradually switching her to browns tropical carnival gourmet food as well as sun seed lab blocks at this point, did a lot of research on hamster hideout and those are the top recommended food combos. Thanks again for your advice, I totally agree and feel much better now!
