The berries should be ok but I wouldn't give many, maybe a couple a week.
Not sure about those sticks, they have very little fruit in them so that shouldn't be a problem, I'm always a bit suspicious when they say bakery products without actually specifying what that is!

Which species is your dwarf hamster? I wouldnt give any kind of fruit to a Russian dwarf tbh. They’re fine as an occasional treat for Robos though but its better to give vegetable or protein based treats (ie. chicken, mealworm, or egg) rather than fruit since they don’t really benefit from having sugar in their diet.

Those kinds of berries are fine in moderation unlike more sugar rich soft fruits, they're mostly seed & fibre tbh, but I still wouldn't give many or often.
