Default Fruit/Veg chips?

I was on Zooplus and saw these JRFarm Carrot Chips. These also come in apple and banana forms, are these safe?

I know this may sound stupid and obvious but I need confirmation because I know companies add a lot of things to them and just wondering if they're safe for my hamster?

They’re safe but the sugars are more concentrated than in fresh fruit/veg so they should only be fed as a treat.

Safe & healthy are two different things, some dried veg now & then is fine but I've found most of my hams haven't been interested much, dried fruit is too high in sugars really, a fresh small piece of apple is absolutely fine, dried banana is definitely not good.
