Unhappy Help! How do you equally mix hamster food? (Lablocks and seed mix) Other questions

I'm currently panicking since my hammy should be coming soon! I need answers asap! Please help!

1) When do I feed my hammy? (Dwarf)

2) How much should I feed my hammy?

3) How does one make sure to feed the hamster equally? (mixing pellet food with seed mix so it'll even out.) I was discussing this on another forum, but they suddenly stopped replying! I don't have much time since I gave them a few days. And I don't really want to bother them!

They were kind enough to link me to forums that explains the hamster diet! They also helped me find lablocks and seed mix that's actually good quality!

I live in Malaysia, and the food here seems to not have the nutrition facts. ( A lot of dyes and toxic stuff that's typically not good for hammies )

SMARTHEART-HAMSTER FOOD 300G

Lablocks! (So far, I haven't seen any confirmation that this is toxic to hammies. But the reviews are positive! And it's cheap as well! If anyone did tried this lablock, please do tell me your experience!

VERSELE-LAGA

HAMSTER NATURE 750G

(I would include links/urls but this forum doesn't allow me since I'm new! Sorry! You can google it up though!)

This is the seed mix! The forum that showed the best hammy food showed me this! And the price are surprisingly decent!

For this seed mix, she told me that my best option to balance it out was dried chicken. But it was too expensive, so she showed me the lablock!

Please help!

Is the Hamster Nature the best seed mix you can find? It's not a particularly good food & does contain fruit which should be avoided along with any other sugars for dwarf hams (if you mean a Russian hybrid when you say dwarf?).
Those labs blocks really don't look very healthy tbh, they are high in protein but low in good fats & fibre so you would probably do better to add some mealworms to your seed mix to increase protein rather than using the lab blocks, just a few a day would be fine if your mix is low in protein (the hamster nature is 17% & ideally for a young hamster you want around 20%) you an also feed plain cooked chicken & tofu to increase protein levels in the diet.

You would need to feed around a teaspoon or two per day but more to begin with so your hamster can make a food hoard.
You can feed daily or put enough food in for a few days.
