Re: over weight ?
What a lovely fluffball pranjyboy! He still looks quite small in that photo but he's a good weight, some hams do get a fair bit bigger than that without being overweight but they all vary.
Almost all commercial treats are high in sugar & often fat too with the exception of some of the Rosewood boredom breakers brand. So it's best to stick to natural foods even those should be given in moderation but good treats are things like sunflower & pumpkin seeds in the shell, hemp seeds, flax (linseed) monkey nuts (you may need to make a small hole in the end so he can smell the nut) tiny pieces of other nuts are good too.
Veg can be a real treat for them, you can gradually work up to giving it daily but begin with one piece every few days & give him time to get used to it. Try to give plenty of variety too not too much of one thing but broccoli is usually a favourite.
Chicleteer porridge is fine for hams & does make a healthy treat but for a young ham once a week would be plenty, you don't want to be giving too much in the way of soft food unless they're old or unwell.

Re: over weight ?
Thanks for the suggestion on the porridge, Cypher. I was actually surprised that she would even be so interested in soft food, considering what an avid chewer she is. I’ll definitely cut back a bit on it.
Gorgeous ham, pranjyboy! Beautiful coat!
Just curious if anyone else was able to open or see the pic I attached (Page 1). Mangoandmimi had trouble viewing it. I’m still new with posting pictures, and hope I’m doing it right. Thanks!

Re: over weight ?
Thanks, Cypher. I think she's just perfect, but maybe I'm a tad prejudiced, too...?
