Pumpkin Seeds
Hi
I had the grandchildren over on Sunday to carve pumpkins and we saved as many of the seeds as we could. I've washed and dried them out on a towel and now I'm just wondering if I need to bake them or just serve them up as is ... I gave Theodore a raw one last night as a test and he loved it. At only a few per week he now has a full year's supply plus some to give to his friends!
Thanks

Re: Pumpkin Seeds
Just use them as they are, don't bake or roast them.
