Harry Hamster is quite high in protein already so not too many mealworms as even a young ham doesn't need too much.
You may find it helps to break up some of the pieces in the mix if you're going to use Harry Hamster as some are really too big for little mouths.

You would need a little extra protein with that but a few mealworms a day would soon make that up, if you're ham liked it you could also give a tiny piece of cooked chicken once or twice a week.
If you give any treats like sunflower, pumpkin, hemp seeds etc they will all add some protein too.
If you can get it I would go for the expert rather than the basic mix, it's just that bit better.
