Default Picky Hamster

I have had several several hamsters. Months, maybe 6 ago I got my first robo hamster. I have always loved the size and how active they are. The one I got is female, her name is Waddles. I've tried for so long but she refuses to eat any veggies or fruits. In my experience, this is really strange, as all my hamsters LOVED any fruits or veggies. I adopted a hamster from a friend years ago, and when I got him he had all his belly hair missing due to vitamin deficiency. And I am very scared that will happen to Waddles. She eats a diet of sunflower seeds, millet, oats, and Oxbow essentials hamster and gerbil food. But nothing other than that, are there any kind of vitamins i should be feeding her to keep her healthy?

It's always worth persevering with veg just in case they suddenly decide to take an interest, just keep trying with a good variety of things & you never know. I wouldn't worry too much if she really doesn't want them.
Have you thought about growing some sprouts for her? She might take more of an interest in those. I did a thread a while back if you're interested in having a go you can see it here. It's a great way of giving them some extra nutrients.
You could give some flax seeds (linseed) in addition to what she already has, just a pinch every day or so as these are full of nutrients that are really good for keeping skin & coat in good condition as well as other benefits.

Just try different ones! My robo is EXTREMELY picky and spoiled, and has very strange tastes. His favourite fruit is lychee!

Have you tried her with some sweet tasting veggies? Sweetcorn niblets are very popular with mine, as are slithers of carrot. I’d just keep trying to offer a variety and something might take her fancy. My Robo isn’t into fresh food like my Syrian is.
