Default How much should I supplement my food?

It's hard to come across good hamster food brands in my country without either breaking your bank or breaking your hamster's teeth. (Seriously, there are some packages where it's 80% sunflower seeds, 10% corn, and 10% other questionable things)

The food I have now is Jolly products Crispy Hamster
Here are the nutritional values :
Moisture ≤ 12.5%, crude protein ≥ 11.09%, crude fat ≥ 2.09%, crude ash ≤ 10.09%, crude fibre ≤ 15.0%, calcium = 0.1~1.0%, phosphorus = 0.1~0.8%, salt = 0.3~1.0%, DL-Methionine ≥ 0.12%.

I realize the protein is way under the recommended percentage (especially since my hamsters are at their growing stage) and I was wondering if the other nutrients are below the needed amount and if I could maybe supplement some of that?

Remember, I live in a country where there aren't alot of foreign products. I might not be open to alot of options. For example, I wanted to give them cottage cheese, but the labels here are a little vague (is 'creamy cheese' cottage cheese?)

I wouldn't give the cheese if you're not sure what it is exactly, there are better protein foods you should be able to give, plain cooked chicken (no skin) just a tiny piece or if you can find any plain dried chicken sometimes sold as a cat treat, if you can get them dried mealworms are good they are high in fat too & as your mix is low in fat that would help, plain tofu is also a good source of protein & most hams like it. A tiny bit of cooked egg, boiled or scrambled (always plain, nothing added) is another option.
You could give small pieces of nut, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, if you can get them hemp seed & flax (linseed) are also a useful source of protein & healthy fats. These aren't complete protein though so you would need to balance it out a bit with grains, oats are good, just plain porridge oat flakes.

I also have the same problem. I also have the same brand but its a different product, there are no pet stores in my place that sells products for rodents and the nearest pet store here is 45 minutes away from my home (and the pet store only sells one brand of hamster food). As you can see there's only a little bit difference in the nutrients but it's still not good.
Im not quite sure if Rin is underweight since we don't have a weighing scale.
I would appreciate it if anybody could tell if Rin's underweight, and what should I add on his diet to make him healthy?

Rin doesn't look underweight to me, it's hard to tell from a photo, their weight does vary a lot from one ham to another but it's always a good idea to get some scales & weigh regularly to check that weight is stable.
You can tell from holding a ham if it is underweight usually, they shouldn't feel bony at all.
That food doesn't look too bad but it is low in protein, a young ham will need more supplementing than an older ham,, just a few mealworms a day & maybe the occasional piece of plain chicken or some tofu would help a lot.
