Exclamation HELP Is it okay to feed my hamster this?

HI!
Im new here and im getting a hamster in a couple of months , I've already decided many of the things I'm getting but something that concerns me is not being able to provide a good diet and I want to check if the diet I'm planning to give is ok or I need to plan another one.
So I plan to give a seed mix that consists of:
FIRST PART OF THE MIX:
GUARANTEED ANALYSIS: Crude Protein: 18.0% min.Humidity: 12.0% max.Gross Fat: 6.0% min.Cenynes: 8.0% max.Fiber Crude: 14.0% max. ELN: 42.0%
INGREDIENTS: Corn, sorghum, ground wheat, gluten of corn, flour of dehydrated ground alfalfa, bacon, corn bran, wheat and rice, soy flour, safflower and sesame, cane molasses, salt, carbonate, iodate and calcium orthophosphate, vegetable oil, DL-methionine, L- lysine, magnesium oxides, manganese and zinc, potassium and cobalt chlorides, potassium, copper and ferrous sulphates, ferrous carbonate, sodium selenite, vitamins A, D3, E, B1, B2, B6, B12, K, chloride Choline, calcium pantothenate, niacin, folacin, biotin.

SECOND PART OF THE MIX

Cunipic Naturaliss

I know some people are gonna say why don't give them higgins sun burst or Mazuri.
The problem is, here in Mexico, they don't ship either of them here!(at least not where I live , at the moment)that's why I'm not giving the name of the first mix i plan to use since it's in spanish. I don't want to order them online since sometimes they are overpriced and I want convenient access to the food.

Another option I have is to give the first part of the seed mix with a pellet food with the following analysis:

Guaranteed analysis:
Crude protein Min. 20%
Crude fat Min. 3%
Raw fiber Max. 10%
Humidity Max. 10%

Ingredients:
Soybean paste, wheat flour, soybean husk, ground yellow corn, wheat bran, oats, brewer's yeast, soybean oil (preserved with BHA), cane molasses, calcium carbonate, vitamin A supplement, supplement vitamin D3, vitamin E, vitamin K3 supplement, vitamin B1 supplement, vitamin B6 supplement, vitamin B12 supplement, nicotinamide, pantothenic acid, biotin, folic acid, lysine, choline chloride, beta carotene, iron, copper, zinc , manganese, selenium, iodine, cobalt, dl-methionine, yucca extract. BHA and BHT (antioxidants), sodium chloride.

I would appreciate if someone could tell me which is a better option or if I should start researching again.

The ingredients in both foods are far from ideal the GA isn't too bad but they don't sound like good quality foods tbh, if you can order a better quality food online I would, even if the prices are a little higher it would be worth it & you could buy a few bags & keep them in the freezer so you have a good supply for some time.
