I wouldn't worry about her not eating it. As long as the mix is a good quality, fully balanced mix she will get everything she needs from that. Also offer a thumbnail size bit of fruit or veg several times a week or daily if you wish. Just make sure you remove uneaten wet foods before they go bad.
Which mix are you using? It's not unusual for a ham to find one thing in a mix they don't like so much & as long as they eat most of it it's ok, is there a lot of corn in the mix?
