Fresh fruit and veg

Hi everyone, my hamster Storm loves fresh fruit and vegetables I only give her fruits and vegs that is safe but just wondering if there a limit of how often I should give here fruit and vegetables?

I give my hamster small pieces of fresh veg daily and fruit in moderation. It best to gradually work up to this as giving to much veg or fruit to quickly can cause stomach upsets.

I always give mine veg daily too, begin with a piece every three days then gradually build up to daily.
