Default Sunflower seeds...

Read the screen shot i took. I'm contemplating on calling my local hamster savvy vet about this.

Cannibal hamsters? Oh my! Eek, maybe in a really BAD horror flick, lol. I'm so relieved that I don't watch those or I may just find myself with insomnia.

LOL! Give me more meat ha ha. Seriously - with the sunflower seeds I guess it's just being sensible - they are healthy but not loads of them at once. Pumpkin seeds are also very healthy.
