I doubt very much anyone would be making treats from lettuce so just stick to fresh lettuce leaves for your ham, not to much though, lettuce is perfectly safe for hamsters but shouldn't be given too often, maybe just once or twice .a week, give a variety of other ham safe veg on other days instead.

she loves lettuce! i have been to a few pet stores & online to find some, but couldn't find any. i have been feeding her fresh lettuce that we buy at the store (we don't really get the head of lettuce. just lettuce in bags.). is there a type of lettuce treats, (etc), for hamsters?
