Question

I did a full clean out of my Dwarf ham ham Celica's cage and I found 2 cups worth of hoarded food how do I prevent that from happening again.

Like how much food and how many days should I feed her I normaly give her a tsp.

It’s normal hamster behavior, I wouldn’t change anything, as long as there’s no fresh food rotting in there, I don’t see it as a problem. Hamsters tend to eat in their sleep, and they feel safer when they know they have food saved. No food equals hunger, hunger equals stress and stress is never good. I usually just clean up once a month and put some of the stashed food back in the bowl and leave some in the nest.

That is a lot, it's not really a problem but you can cut back a bit on food if you want to.
They don't eat much more than about a teaspoonful a day really, don't clean out all the hoard when you clean the cage, always leave some of it or put some fresh food in it's place.
I prefer them to have a larger hoard than worry that they don't get enough so just feed a little more than she actually needs so she can still hoard some, if she's eating ok & healthy I wouldn't worry too much.
It doesn't matter how frequently you feed, that's entirely up to you, daily or every few days is fine.

This is completely normal don't worry about it. Just make sure the food doesn't go moldy.

You hammie has quite the impressive hoard for a dwarf!
A teaspoon of food a day is a good amount It's completely normal for hamsters to hoard their food so as long as there's no mouldy food, there's nothing to worry about
