Thanks for the help I try my best to get Vita Garden. What should I do if either Celica or Yamagi turn out to be picky eaters.

Chances are they won't be If they are,the best approach is a tough love method instead of trying pellets right away.You could also try hand feeding individual pieces rather than giving all the mix in the cage,as well as not replacing food every day but instead every two days.
