Default Pumpkin seeds

I'm in the process of taming my new Syrian hamster and she goes crazy for pumpkin seeds. I was wondering how often and how many can she get because I don't want her to have too much.

If they're already in the main diet you're feeding, don't give extra.Any treat or extra food should be something not found in the diet, and beyond that treats and general extras should be rotated for maximum health benefits(rather than constantly feeding the same extras). You could still hand feed certain parts of the main diet though, and give the rest normally.

I'm more used to dwarf quantities than syrian but I wouldn't give more than a few a week, try to vary treats & not give too much of the same thing.
Personally I wouldn't worry if they are in the main mix, there are rarely many in ham mixes & a few extra won't hurt.
