Which dog treats are safe?

I know that some dog treats can also be given to hamsters and would like to know how to figure out which I should and should not give to Marti. Since I live in Russia, I don't have an access to some of the brands widely discussed here, such as whimzees, and I'd just like to know what to look for in the ingredients and which types of dog treats are generally good for hammies.
