I just do it in the microwave - nothing added or you can add a teeny bit of water or milk. You just kind of beat up the egg with a fork and stick it in the microwave. 10 seconds at a time maybe and fork it again

Newt just had some last night - sometimes I mix a bit of grated cheese in with it - it sort of melts and then you fork it in.
