Definitely continue to scatter feed, as I said before being generous with the amount of food can help to make sure that both get their fair share but one taking most of the food & either stopping the other from getting enough or stealing it's hoard or making it depouch food is one of the things you have to keep an eye on with pairs, just see how they go but if there is a significant difference in size after a while that may be what's happening & is one reason for having to separate them, it doesn't happen that often but is something that needs to be on your watch list with a pair.
