Default Is freeze dried blood worm safe for hamster?

I had freeze dried blood worms for my fishes. I was wondering if i could feed them to my hamster. what do you think?

Blood worms are mosquito larvae and can cause allergic reactions even in humans. I wouldn't recommend them for hamsters simply due to their small size and high allergy prevalence. Although great insects to feed would be mealworms and crickets! Hams love these
