Too much?
Just wondering if I am feeding my fuzzy face too much. I only feed her this once a day, early evening before she wakes up. Most of it is gone by the next day. She always eats the veggies first. Its not that much veg, usually half a carrot circle and a few little bits of broccoli ( they were feeding her carrot in the pet store) There is also a bit of hamster mix at the bottom, just enough to cover the bottom of the dish.
Is this too much?

Re: Too much?
I'd limit daily veggies to a tablespoon or under, unless it upsets their stomach, in that case they should not be given any at all until they feel better

Re: Too much?
That amount looks ok. They need some to eat plus a bit for hoarding. They will eat what they need and hoard the rest. By giving too much you can end up with a big hoard that goes stale.

Re: Too much?
The amount looks fine to me but I would suggest feeding wet & dry foods separately rather than in the same bowl, some of the dry food could get damp then get hoarded & go mouldy like that, you may need to keep an eye on her hoard just to be sure she isn't hiding any fresh foods away too.

Re: Too much?
Good idea. Ive ordered a little shelf feeder to keep the veg seperate. The little carrots move too so adds a bit more enrichment for her
