Default Avocado???

I've recently discovered that avocados are really bad for hamsters. Yikes. My two have had small pieces every now and then, pretty rarely. Will they be okay? I'm so worried about them. Obviously no more avocado for them... They don't seem to have any symptoms of illness, but I know that doesn't rule anything out.

They'll be okay, as you said, just ensure you don't feed them any in the future! If you have any concerns or their health declines, take them to an exotics vet that specializes in hamsters

If you were going to see any signs of a problem it would have happened by now I would think, as far as I know it's the skin & stone that are toxic so if they had some flesh that wasn't close to either it probably wouldn't have harmed them but best avoided now you know.
