I would recommend ordering the Burgess dwarf food off Viovet if you have a dwarf species, but for Syrians Hazel Hamster is one option as well as mixing Higgins and Mazuri to create a balanced diet.Dwarf hamsters have much less options in terms of diet, but it isn't impossible to make it work!

Even for Syrians having loads of sugar isn't necessarily healthy,so even if you don't have a diabetic prone species you should make sure your main diet is as natural and healthy as possible.

Hazel Hamster might not be available in all Petcos in store if you have to use that by the way,but if you have to order it online you can order it from Petco and various online pet stores

Which species of ham do you have heather?

Molasses isn't all bad as it does contain some nutrients & isn't just sugar but if you have a diabetes prone species, Russian Campbell, Russian hybrid or Chinese then it is advisable to avoid any kind of sugar in the diet although a tiny amount of sugar in the diet won't cause diabetes in itself, it's a little more complex than that.
I don't think any animal needs sugar tbh whether prone to diabetes or not.
I'd agree with the food suggestions Amity has made but do be careful if you choose to mix higgins & mazuri, you need to get the balance right as the mazuri is too high in protein.

I feed all 3 of my robo's Vita Nature. When I had Russian dwarves they didn't like this food.

I give her harlan teklad blocks and vitakraft vitanature. I give her 1 tbsp every 1-2 days of vitanature and 1-2 blocks along with that. Is that ok?

I haven't heard of Harlan teklad blocks, but if you can get to a Pet Co store Higgins Sunburt (seed mix) and Mazuri Rat & mouse lab blocks would be a better choice. Where did you purchase the Harlan teklad blocks?

Haven't heard of that site or food, look at ingredients to make sure it has the correct protein & fiber contents. Offhand I think you want 19%protein, not sure on the fiber content.
You can see added sugars on the ingredient list too, like molasses & beet pulp, etc

Those blocks used to be used quite a lot by US members at one time but I think there might be a few different ones so I'm not sure what the ingredients & G/A are now, do you have a link that shows that?
