Can I add this to his diet?

I know that Sweep is a Syrian hamster, but wondered if I can give him the Burgess DWARF mix WITH his normal food, for a bit more variety? He does like small seeds. I just thought it would give him a little more variety than what he already has - and the Syrian mix has most of the same ingredients as his other food, plus a couple extra, but also has banana chips in, as as I'm unsure if these have honey on (am assuming they will) I don't want to gve it to him ...

As long as he likes small seeds it's completely fine to give them as an added food or treat.Either way you choose is fine,you could do half Harry Hamster and half Burgess for example and it wouldn't be a huge difference in protein but would have a little extra variety.You could still use the mix as a treat mix though if you wanted that instead.

But is the DWARF one ok ad opposed to the Syrian one? Burgess do two - one for each ...

The dwarf mix would be better than the Syrian mix,actually.The Syrian mix isn't the greatest quality,not the worst but still there are things which aren't necessarily great in it where Harry Hamster is much better.

Ok thanks. He currently has the Harry Hamster and Science Selective but might add a small amount of the Burgess Dwrf mix too - like less than a teaspoon!
