I think flax seeds are high in Omega 3

Re: What I feed my hammy
I think there should be an option for both When we have some in, I like to mix the Harry Hamster with some Hamster Harvest but, if we only have one, I'll use the Harry Hamster
The main thing that draws me to it is that it has more protein, more fibre and less fat than the Burgess. Although the Burgess has added mealworms & chicken meal (which, if I'm honest, could be anything nowadays ) and maybe slightly more variety, mealworms can be easily added and the Harry Hamster has okay variety anyway.

Re: What I feed my hammy
I voted Harry because it's the only one our Syrian will eat - but flax seeds are a good supplement I found the pieces a bit small and bitty in Burgess for a Syrian, but I know it's very popular for dwarf hamsters.

Re: What I feed my hammy
Pip gets Harry Hamster and Vitakraft Premium menu, with Pumpkin seeds added in as well as various nuts, fruits, veg and a weekly small piece of cheese, Pip adores her cheese everything stops for cheese when it is offered.
