Default Is this the same as dried fruit?

Have never heard of this before, but just come across it. It is named "Urban Fruit". I am wondering if it is liek dried fruit or not? It just says it is baked ... Would it be ok for Sweep as a treat, as we hardly ever have fresh fruit or veg in the huse - it's mostly frozen!

No it's not, Urban Fruit is the brand name, it's dehydrated cooked fruit, a quick google shows up some reviews that mostly say it's sweet soft & chewy so if you were thinking of using it for Sweep it's probably not ideal.

I get this for myself and it is definitely not ham friendly! Very sticky and soft!

Is you don't have much fresh fruit/veg in the house, how about buying a bag of frozen mixed veg? You can then just take a couple of pieces out per day. It doesn't take long at all to defrost, maybe fifteen mins or so.
