Default Is this ok?

I (finally!) received a missing part of an order I'd made somewhere a few weeks ago, and they sent me a complimenatray pack of something named "Nutri Care" (This is what they are M&C Healthy Bites Nutri Care for Small Animals 30g - £1.21) ... What exactly are they, can Sweep have them, if so how much can he have? I've only seen them on a youtube video, but are they actually beneficial to Sweep's health? I know they also do odur control ones too, but again am unsure in using them ...

They essentially add vitamins and things, which isn't necessary with a good diet. Not sure what the ingredients are but not having an ingredients list is very risky considering there is absolutely no guarantee that they may contain unsafe things or unhealthy things If you have the ingredients on the packaging it might help to understand, but I don't like unclear labeling personally like when companies say "vegetables" and things like that without verifying which ones they are since you have no idea what may be in them.

I'd agree with that

Ingredients :
Wheat Flour, Canola Oil, Corn Starch, Dried Skimmed Milk, Glycerin, Salt, Artificial Apple Flavoring, Ascorbyl palmitate (a preservative), BHA (a preservative), Alpha-tocopherol acetate (source of vitamin E), Vitamin A acetate, Cholecalciderol (source of Vitamin D3) ...

I'm unsure about the milk in it. Also, unsure how the viatmin D3 works in small animals - I've only heard of it in tablet form and my ones are pretty strong!

So very unfortunate They contain BHA,milk, glycerin, salt, and artificial flavoring. All of which are quite bad to have, especially BHA which could cause cancer and such.Very annoying to waste money on such a terrible product that could have money put towards something a lot more beneficial

I got it free ... Didn't order it, it just arrived with the rest of my order that hadn't arrived! I have seen someone on youtube using them regularly but was unsure as they seemed a bit of an odd thing to give pets!

I don't think I'd want to give them Pink Neon - Sweep can get his nutrients from hammy food and veg and other fresh food treat supplements. Can you send them back? Sorry - just read they were free!

You're very lucky then I'd just throw them away to be honest, and it is a very odd concept considering it shouldn't be necessary with a proper diet.If it was actually a good quality healthy treat though it would be different, but considering there are healthier sources of vitamins and things it just isn't worth using.

Possibly, no idea how that sort of thing works? Might just throw them away, unless they are more suitable for a different animal, in which case I can give them to a friend It says it's for all small animals, however I know rabbits can't have dairy! Unsure about piggies, mice, gerbils or rats - who it says it is for!

Piggies and rabbits are pretty similar with the no dairy rule. Most small animals can't have dairy either, plus mice and rats are prone to cancer as it is without the awful company putting in BHA as a preservative. Most likely throwing them away is the best idea!
