Whimziee Overdose?
Hi Guys!
So Percy has had a orange coloured croc whimziee for maybe a month and had not touched so so yesterday I bought him a green one. But last night he destroyed it! Ate the whole tail and snout. Should I remove it or could I leave it in since it is mostly plant based?
Thank you.

Re: Whimziee Overdose?
I would leave it in but if you want you can take it out. Do you know if your hamster has actually eaten the nose and tail or has just chewed it up? As my hamster chews it up and stores the chewed up part in her food store (which is her bowl).

Re: Whimziee Overdose?
The green toothbrush dog chews I buy are called "Greenies", don't know what the difference is but they don't last long in any of my hammies cages, including my robo!

Oh he has eaten it. I made sure to check before asking here. Greenies and Whimziees are the same thing I think. Mine was just called Croc chew, but had the same ingredients as whimzees ect. I saw it is safe to leave it in, he will be glad lol.

They aren't cheap either! I think they are about $20 for a small bag of mini dog chews.

I don't thinks Greenies are the same as whimzees. I've only used whimzees and they come is different shapes such as the croc as greenies come just in toothbrushes. Your hamster will be happy that he gets to keep his whimzees.
Did you get the small or large croc? As I get the large croc so it seems like he eaten a lot to me!

Re: Whimziee Overdose?
Really! They are sold separately here for 1.25 euros. That sounds very expensive, but eh, don't we spend all our money on them lol.

I got a medium so he really only ate the equivalent of two pinky fingers. Not too much, but still impressive.
