Re: Whimziee Overdose?
Very, very true! It's very easy to get drawn to the big brands, and they can be incredibly shady and misleading with their products.
It's so bad but I do find that the big chain stores are pretty overpriced, when you'd think it would be the other way around!
Over here P@H is ridiculously expensive. Knowing the RRP of a lot of the products in there, I can never bring myself to actually buy anything from them, unless I know I can't get it anywhere else. xD A lot of their products are well above retail.
The other chew brand which is similar is Antos. Their new stuff is harder than Whimzees but I found the treats sometimes smell a bit weird, and often look and feel plastic-y. They seem to vary by the box.

Re: Whimziee Overdose?
Of course!Whimzees are still very fun for dogs and they seem to enjoy them,so it's certainly a good option on occasion and that's always good. They don't really have much choice but to eat meat though, while humans do,so of course it's going to be a very different situation with humans.

Re: Whimziee Overdose?
So the Greenie chews were for rich people's tiny dogs..lol
I bought the smallest chews possible for dwarf hammies & robo hammies. They don't even give you many chews in the bag. Don't think my hammies will be getting Greenies after this bag is gone unless I get on under cover boss TV show (entertaining show- on Netflix)

Ahaha. Not for us hamster people lol. Percy will probably get another one because I slept last night as he was distracted by it. Yay. Plenty other treats out there

Re: Whimziee Overdose?
I better keep up the hammie zeal, I still have four of them to care for.

I was just looking at all things Whimzee related and thought I would add that in my town of Vancouver Washington, I can only get single whimzee's in a size medium for $2.99 each, and a bag of the smalls for $19.99 I didn't happen to see any other sizes or shape other than hedgehog and alligator.
