1st Time Dwarf Owner

I got a 3-4 month old Russian Dwarf from PetSmart 1 week ago, trying to get
up to speed with learning all the essentials.

I see that Heartland sells Vita Prima Sunscription Dwarf Hamster Formula, for $6.99, and bought a bag to try; I would like peoples comments on this brand of food.

So far he has not really tried it.

I am also concerned when he will start to get into using the wheel?
It's an Oxbox all-metal cage with a solid wheel...

Anyway today he finally seemed to be trying it out, just for a few quick seconds! No doubt as he grows he'll be waking me up with it
