Hamster-Safe Dog Biscuits?
I live in the US and can't find Whimzees in any pet store around me, and I can't get them shipped to me What are some safe dog biscuit brands you would recommend? And where would I find them?
The closest thing to Whimzees that I found were Greenies. Has anybody used those?

Milkbones are safe for hamsters and can be bought at most pet stores.

I know that DrKMcK, one of our Moderators, who lives in New York City has mentioned using Greenies on here. So they should be just fine.

Re: Hamster-Safe Dog Biscuits?
Greenies are safe, but only occasionally as they contain plastic.

Have you used them before? I read that they have "meat and bone meal" is that bad for hamsters? They make it seem like they just threw in whatever leftover meat scraps they could find

Here you go Nickoh. I live in San Francisco, and I've ordered these twice.

Oh sorry, do you mean you can't get anything shipped to you?? I thought you couldn't find them at all.

Re: Hamster-Safe Dog Biscuits?
I'm not sure where you heard that greenies contain plastic Wanna Hamster, these are the ingredients (all safe) Grain, vegetable by-products, vegetable protein extracts, meat and animal by-products, fruit, minerals, seeds, oils and fats, yeast
DrK's hams seem to like them but mine totally ignore them!
Whimzees & Greenies are chews rather than biscuits btw so if you want biscuits maybe look for the milk bones.
