What do you guys do with your hamster`s `hoard`?!!

It seems we all have secret stashers! The problem I have with Chub`s is his long tissue box where he sleeps. It`s his domain and has a Duna shelf over it and the box helps to balance the box underneath, along with his excavations of shavings! So I usually can`t lift the box up daily to check what he`s been up to, so usually I do this every few weeks and that`s when I find the secret stashes!

He`s such a clean little hamster though and I`ve only ever found one small damp patch in his corner, so any food I find that is damp I always remove. The dry stuff I leave alone or scatter it. I found another hoard behind his wheel just the other day so I left it! x

I check every 4 days.
Archie likes to hoard whereas Twinkle's greedy and very rarely has much to hoard.
I do tend to throw out any if it's gotten wet or peed on.
