Default Is my dwarf ham diet adequate?

I have two dwarf hams, both campbells hybrids.
I feed them a mix of:
- Harry Hamster
- Dwarf Hamster Harvest (Burgess Supa hamster)
- Syrian Hamster Harvest (Burgess Supa Hamster)
- Supreme Science nuggets (only a couple a week!)

Is this adequate enough with enough variety? I'm pretty sure the protein levels etc are fine but I'm worried about variety, lol!

I should note, I do not feed my hams a lot. I only feed them once their bowl is empty & make sure they only have a small stash of food. They get 4 sunflower seeds a day, two pumpkin seeds a week, two peanuts a week and two pinches of linseed a week. Both my hams are under a year old and are very very active, both have at least an hour of play time a day in their playpens.

Thoughts on their diet?

I would stick to feeding dwarf hamster food rather than mixing in the syrian food, not sure about Harry hamster but I think it may have fruit in it & I'm pretty sure the other one has banana which is best avoided with hybrids.
The science selective pellets & Burgess dwarf mix are fine, if you want to add another mix the JR farms dwarf mix from Zooplus is pretty good.
I'd also give a variety of veg, not fruit, in small amounts each day.

I just wanted to mix in the syrian food for more variety as the dwarf version and harry hamster doesnt have much variety. None of the mixes have fruit in them as far as I'm aware but if I come across any I will pick it out and feed it to my ratties

Oh
I'll pick the banana flakes out but there is not much I can do about the banana oil. I always was told HH was safe for dwarves. :/

My Russian male hybrid gets:

Burgess Supahamster (it`s not a Syrian version now it`s just called -Supahamster)

Zooplus JR Farm Dwarf food (expensive unless your buying bulk)

Science Selective heart shaped biscuits (I break these up using a pestle & mortar and add in a few broken pieces to the above mixes daily.

Millet spray: Break off around an inch piece daily as a treat!

I add in a few pumpkin seeds and a few dry mealworms, which are already in the Supahamster but not many so I buy in a bag of mealworms from Poundland for the wild birds!

The Burgess Dwarf mix has Canary seed in it (see the ingredients list) so if you were to use the Supahamster (not the dwarf version) you could buy a separate 1kg bag of Canary seed mix from your pet shop and add it to the Burgess food. This gives the Burgess food the small millets that a dwarf hamster loves.

As for the banana pieces in the Burgess food. I pick these out, but I do break off a very small piece as a treat now and then. Not daily, but I don`t see feeding small amounts as harmful. It`s better than feeding those yoghurt drops or other sugar added treats. Banana after all is a natural product.

I stopped using Harry Hamster back when I had my Syrian as I felt it wasn`t the best mix. I much prefer the Burgess Supahamster and adding to that. x

I'm always seeing different ingredients for Harry Hamster for some reason so I just looked at the website, if it's not on the bag it should be fine though, maybe they changed it at some point.
I do find my dwarfs have always struggled a bit with the large pieces in syrian food though so I use a mix of different dwarf foods for variety.
