Default Some help with my hamsters diet

Hi everyone. The one thing that has always been the hardest thing for me when it comes to hamsters is food. So many people say so many different things about what is good and bad, how much of this and that, that I get confused. I was wondering if anyone could help me with this?

My main question is: How much exactly should you feed hamsters? All of my hamsters are (most likely) hybrid dwarves.

Their food consists of: Oxbow healthy handfuls, Kaytee Lab blocks, and Vitakraft VitaNature mix. (I know Harry/Hazel is best, but they don't sell that in any of my petstores)

How much of these 3 should they be getting? Like...are there direct measurements that are best?

Also they get fresh greens, vegetables, millet, and dried meal worms occasionally throughout the week. And sometimes baby food.

I just don't know exactly how much I should be feeding them of their main food mix. I could really use some help

A table spoon each. Or 10 grams each.
Are they all living together or separately?

I have 7 hamsters, I would hope they weren't living all together XD

5 of my hamsters have their own cage, and two of the females were bonded when I got them and are in the same cage.

So would the 10grams equal all of the food together? Or 10grams of each thing? >.<

There's no exact amount as they all vary a bit in how much they will eat & how big they are even if they're the same species, some like to hoard more than others too, so don't worry too much!
I'd agree with Lizzy that roughly 10g of your complete mix should be about right but I'd just keep an eye on how much they are eating or leaving & weigh them regularly to make sure they maintain a healthy weight.
