Question Dog biscuits

Hi, sorry for the questions! I know hamsters can have dog biscuits but are there any they can't have? We pick up 3 or 4 from the bowl by the till at pets at home as they're free and Skittle loves them! We break them up though as they're far too big for him otherwise, but he does seem to eat them with gusto! But what they contain and what they are, I have no idea. They don't have chocolate on as I avoid picking up those. Thanks.

I know they can't have anything with onion or garlic in & some dog biscuits have that so you might want to see if you can find the brand online to check the ingredients. I'm sure someone else can give you a more comprehensive answer

Dog biscuits can contain all sorts of things that aren't good for hams so I certainly wouldn't give them unless you can find a way to check the ingredients.
