You can use the jar for two days catherine then get an ice cube tray and freeze the rest in cubes. Push them out and store in a freezer bag and then defrost one a week and feed as needed
We use a jar in one or two days ourselves if everyone gets a teaspoonful

I suppose they're being cautious on the jar, as they expect babies to use it. Thanks for the info!

Ours like ready brek just as much. Take one teaspooon readybrek, half teaspoon wheatgerm and mix to a paste with boiling water. Cool and serve. They can have your brekfast cereal or porridge but I would only feed this once a week or so as adults should mainly have their mix with only ocassional treats of fresh foods.
