Default SunFlower Seeds

I feed my hamsters a good mix of hamster food, I have recently started giving them sunflower seeds roughly about 8-10 seeds i often scatter their seeds around the cage.

I normally feed them these seeds every other day ...Would this be suitable

Not sure if i read somewhere if sunflower seed were fatty

Thanks in advance

Also, pumpkin seeds, walnuts and slivered almonds, along with peanuts are all enjoyed ny hams. I switch them around so the hams get something different.

I do give Archie more sunflower seeds and mealworms but to fatten him up.
Twinkle doesn't get as many cause she's a really good weight.
Archie's getting old and he can be quite fussy.
Walnuts are a fave of theirs!
